Developer a vlastník semi-industriálních a logistických nemovitostí VGP personálně posiluje. Do funkce Land Acquisition Director (ředitel akvizic pozemků) pro český trh nově jmenoval Martina Kubína (36). Ten bude zodpovídat za vyhledávání a nákup pozemků vhodných k budoucí výstavbě či redevelopmentu, čímž se bude podílet na rozšiřování portfolia společnosti VGP v České republice.

VGP, the developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, is expanding its portfolio with another location in Ústí nad Labem, where it plans to build a new technology park named “VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City”. As the name suggests, the project is strategically located close to the city centre. Nevertheless, it is only 2 km from the D8 motorway connecting Prague and Dresden. The complex will be built on a brownfield site where the former Avirunion glassworks were located. The premises are bounded by Sklářská, Tovární and Kekulova streets and cover an area of almost 11 hectares. VGP plans to develop more than 52,000 m2 of lettable space here intended mainly for logistics companies. The project now has all the permits to begin construction.

Developer a vlastník semi-industriálních a logistických nemovitostí VGP zvětšuje své portfolio o další lokalitu v Ústí nad Labem, kde plánuje výstavbu nového technologického parku „VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City“. Jak již název napovídá, projekt je strategicky umístěn v blízkosti centra města, zároveň však pouhé 2 km od dálnice D8 propojující Prahu a Drážďany. Areál vyroste na brownfieldu v místě bývalé sklárny Avirunion ohraničené ulicemi Sklářská, Tovární a Kekulova o ploše téměř 11 hektarů. VGP zde plánuje realizovat více než 52 000 metrů čtverečních pronajímatelných ploch určených zejména pro logistické firmy. V současné době projekt disponuje veškerými povoleními umožňujícími zahájení výstavby.

19 November 2021, 7:00am, Antwerp, Belgium: VGP NV (‘VGP' or ‘the Group'), a European provider of high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate, today published a trading update for the first ten months of 2021:

VGP, the developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, has obtained a building permit for the construction of a new warehouse “F” in the technology park VGP Park Olomouc and started work at the site. The first confirmed tenant of the premises under construction is Ardon Safety, one of the leading suppliers of protective equipment and workwear, not only in the Czech Republic but also throughout Central Europe. The company currently occupies space in warehouse J, where it leases 14,000 m2. As the company requires additional space the current premises are no longer suitable, therefore the company decided to relocate into the new warehouse, where it will lease 26,780 m2 of warehouse space. The hall will be completed and put into use in April next year.
