Michaela Nedorostová (33) has joined CA Immo’s Prague team in the position of Asset Manager. In her new function, she will be responsible for the administration of the entrusted property portfolio in the form of the Visionary and Amazon Court office buildings, including tenant support and care and the further development of the buildings, with an emphasis on new technologies, a healthy internal environment, comfort and flexibility for the tenants.

With the purchase of Visionary office building in Prague, CA Immo and Skanska have successfully signed and closed the second transaction between the two companies in the CEE region in 2018. The gross transaction volume is approx. € 68 m.

Nákupem kancelářské budovy Visionary v Praze, CA Immo a Skanska úspěšně podepsaly a uzavřely druhou transakci mezi těmito dvěma společnostmi v regionu střední a východní Evropy v roce 2018. Objem transakce činí přibližně 68 mil. eur.

Vaclav Jonas has been appointed Managing Director of the Prague office and is thus responsible for all asset and property management activities of CA Immo in the Czech Republic, including tenant support and retention. Vaclav Jonas will be supported by Jan Baxa, who took over the role of Head of Asset Management in the Czech Republic from April 2018, and Radek Poulicek, who joined the company as a Leasing Manager in March 2018.

Ředitelem pražského zastoupení CA Immo byl jmenován Václav Jonáš, který převzal odpovědnost za veškeré činnosti související se správou aktiv a nemovitostí společnosti v České republice včetně podpory a péče o nájemce. Oporou mu bude Jan Baxa, jenž od dubna 2018 přebírá vedení oddělení správy aktiv, a Radek Poulíček, který nastoupil do společnosti v březnu 2018 jako manažer zodpovědný za pronájem nemovitostí.
