CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, is significantly expanding its ESG consulting services. It has founded a new expert team focusing on Energy and Carbon consulting for Continental Europe, which will be managed from Prague by Steffen Walvius, originally from the Netherlands. The team will consist of a total of four senior consultants under the leadership of Martin Vejražka, another important addition to CBRE. He will also become the new head of the local department specialising in professional consulting in the field of corporate sustainability, responsible investments and building sustainable portfolios.

Zakládá nový expertní tým se zaměřením na energetické poradenství a modelování pro kontinentální Evropu, který bude z Prahy řídit Steffen Walvius původem z Nizozemska. Dohromady bude čítat čtyři seniorní konzultanty pod vedením Martina Vejražky, další významné posily CBRE. Ten se zároveň stane novým vedoucím tuzemského oddělení se specializací na odborné poradenství v oblasti podnikové udržitelnosti, odpovědného investování a budování udržitelných portfolií.
