Developer a vlastník semi-industriálních a logistických nemovitostí VGP rozšíří svůj technologický areál VGP Park Bratislava. Za tím účelem již proběhla úspěšná akvizice nových pozemků o celkové ploše 350 000 metrů čtverečních. Park leží v obci Bernolákovo jen několik minut jízdy od hlavního města s přímým napojením na dálnici D1.

VGP NV (dále jen „VGP“ nebo „skupina“), evropský poskytovatel špičkových logistických a semi-industriálních nemovitostí, oznamuje charitativní příspěvek ve výši 3 milionů eur na podporu uprchlíků z Ukrajiny na Slovensku, v Maďarsku a Rumunsku.

Martin Kubín (36) has been newly appointed Land Acquisition Director for the Czech market. He will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing land positions suitable for future construction or redevelopment, thereby contributing to the expansion of VGP’s portfolio in the Czech Republic.

Developer a vlastník semi-industriálních a logistických nemovitostí VGP personálně posiluje. Do funkce Land Acquisition Director (ředitel akvizic pozemků) pro český trh nově jmenoval Martina Kubína (36). Ten bude zodpovídat za vyhledávání a nákup pozemků vhodných k budoucí výstavbě či redevelopmentu, čímž se bude podílet na rozšiřování portfolia společnosti VGP v České republice.

VGP, the developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, is expanding its portfolio with another location in Ústí nad Labem, where it plans to build a new technology park named “VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City”. As the name suggests, the project is strategically located close to the city centre. Nevertheless, it is only 2 km from the D8 motorway connecting Prague and Dresden. The complex will be built on a brownfield site where the former Avirunion glassworks were located. The premises are bounded by Sklářská, Tovární and Kekulova streets and cover an area of almost 11 hectares. VGP plans to develop more than 52,000 m2 of lettable space here intended mainly for logistics companies. The project now has all the permits to begin construction.
