The retail team of CBRE, the world’s leading commercial real estate company, has rewarded the long-standing experience and loyalty of its employees with three promotions. Jan Janáček was named the new Head of Advisory & Transaction Services Retail and Naďa Kryglová and Aleš Nečas are now in the position of Associate Director. Tomáš Míček, who oversees the entire team, remains the Head of the Retail Sector.

Retailový tým společnosti CBRE, světového lídra v oblasti komerčních realitních služeb, ocenil dlouhodobé zkušenosti a loajalitu svých zaměstnanců hned třemi povýšeními. Jan Janáček byl jmenován novým vedoucím týmu pronájmů maloobchodních prostor a Naďa Kryglová s Alešem Nečasem byli uvedeni do funce Associate Director. Vedoucím oddělení retail sektoru i nadále zůstává Tomáš Míček, který celý tým zastřešuje.

Nizozemská společnost Verhoek Europe, renomovaný poskytovatel logistických služeb, otevírá svoji první pobočku v České republice v Prologis Parku Štěnovice nedaleko Plzně. Pronájem celkem 2 500 metrů čtverečních skladových ploch zprostředkovala realitně-poradenská společnost CBRE. Ta zároveň nestandardně zastupovala klienta i při převzetí nemovitosti, jelikož ten se vzhledem k pandemii covid-19 nemohl zúčastnit osobně.

CBRE, the world’s leader in the area of commercial real estate services, has promoted Vítězslav Doležal (32) to the position of Director with a focus on investments in the office, retail, logistics and rental housing sectors. Vítězslav has been working in CBRE’s Investment Department since 2012 and has participated in transactions spanning the spectrum of commercial real estate in a total amount exceeding 4 billion euros. His most significant transactions include the acquisition of the Palladium shopping centre, Waltrovka office park and an extensive portfolio of 58 warehouse buildings for P3. On the other side, he has helped mediate, for example, the sale of the Praga Studios office building and Ostrava Logistics Park.

Společnost CBRE, světový lídr v oblasti komerčních realitních služeb, jmenovala Vítězslava Doležala (32) do funkce Directora se zaměřením na investice v segmentu kanceláří, maloobchodu, logistiky a nájemního bydlení. Vítězslav působí v investičním oddělení CBRE od roku 2012 a podílel se na transakcích napříč spektrem komerčních realit v celkové výši přesahující 4 miliardy eur. Mezi jeho nejvýznamnější transakce patří akvizice obchodního domu Palladium, kancelářského parku Waltrovka či rozsáhlého portfolia 58 skladových budov pro P3. Na straně druhé pomohl například zprostředkovat prodej administrativní budovy Praga Studios anebo areálu Ostrava Logistics Park.
